Our delicious Polli dried and sliced tomatoes are perfect for adding an extra layer of flavour to your dishes!
When they arrive on your table, they have already been rehydrated: the longest stage in the preparation of excellent dried tomatoes is actually carried out slowly by our experts, achieving the right level of hydration.
They are also marinated, using a simple marinade recipe that helps to preserve and enhance the authentic taste of the tomatoes.
To ensure that every slice is tasty and flavoursome, our tomatoes are cut into slices immediately after drying, and are then stored without oil to ensure that they are ready for use right away.
This means you can allow your palate to savour their purity without any other unwanted flavours, as they are free from preservatives.
Our tomatoes are sold in two single tubs of 60g, made from recyclable plastic. This lightweight and convenient format can be stored in your kitchen cupboard: there is no glass, no oil – only the ingredient you need for your recipe!

Our Polli sliced artichokes are simply stored to give you an authentic and unique flavour, which marries perfectly with traditional Italian recipes. 
Artichoke is a flavoursome and surprisingly versatile ingredient but cleaning it takes time, limiting our opportunities to use it: because of this, our sliced artichokes are carefully and delicately washed and cleaned, saving you time. 
There’s no need to thaw or cook these artichokes: our chefs have already taken care of this, searing them at just the right temperature to make them soft and tasty. 
Our artichokes are divided into wedges that are ready to add to your dishes, all of which are equally flavoursome and meaty. In addition, they are stored without oil to ensure that they are ready for use and to preserve their purity.

Olive Rounds Polli

Here is the principal ingredient of a perfect salad: black and green olives, pitted and sliced! The top of Polli flavour, the top of service to make very modern dishes bursting with flavour.

To be used either for cooking or raw, our olive rounds come from Spain and are filled with the whole flavour of sunshine. Exactly because they are mixed, they add all olive flavours to your dishes – the green ones being sweeter, the black ones more tart. By adding fresh raw vegetables, they are an excellent topping for lettuce and radicchio salads, for cold rice, spelt or buckwheat salads, to add flavour to a homemade tomato bruschetta for an aperitif and so on.

They lend themselves well to endless uses and that is why we have placed them in a tray: extremely convenient packaging for open air picnics or at the office, to make a fresh salad at lunchtime instead of the usual sandwich.

With their straightforward flavour, Polli olive rounds are perfect for any use in the kitchen.

Green Pitted Olives Polli

Pratico formato in vaschetta da 80 grammi, la quantità giusta per cucinare senza sprecare nulla. Già denocciolate, sono perfette come ingrediente di una saporita carne in umido o per preparare una veloce tapenade da servire su crostini di pane, per un aperitivo sfizioso ma fatto in casa!

Si possono frullare con erbe miste dal sapore fresco, come timo, maggiorana e basilico, aggiungendo olio extra vergine e un poco di pepe macinato fresco. Avrete una crema super profumata da spalmare sul pane leggermente scaldato e croccante, anche con formaggi freschi acidi come un caprino o dolci come una robiola morbidissima.

La ricetta originale della tapenade della Provenza comprende, oltre alle olive, i capperi e le acciughe dissalate: provatela come condimento per una bruschetta robusta o per un apericena con gli amici, accompagnata da un vino bianco secco di vostro gusto.

Black Pitted Olives

Polli olive trays are one of our most popular items, exactly thanks to their convenience: our best Spanish black olives, with a robust and natural flavour, pitted and packaged in a convenient tray, to be used wherever and whenever, for cooking or adding to dishes. The 80 gr size, in fact, is ideal for takeaway use, when you don’t want to leave any leftovers.

They are a must-have at home, because they are a simple idea to customise salads without overdoing the calorie count and to set off a quick aperitif before a Sunday lunch, with a sparkling alcohol-free drink or a properly chilled glass of Prosecco.

Plus they are ideal to add flavour to a meat dish, or a roast fish or stew.

Also excellent to add zest to a vegetable recipe: put broccoli florets in a pan, with plenty of extra-virgin olive oil, add a bit of salt and a dusting of oregano, then add halved Pachino tomatoes and lots of Polli black olives. Bake for 40 minutes; allow to cool and you will have a delicious side dish full of Mediterranean goodness.
