Mushroom Bruschetta

 

 

A creamy bruschetta sauce with lots of champignon and porcini mushrooms, preserved with scented herbs.

How many foodies are there in Italy? Millions, when it comes to tucking in, but a lot fewer when it comes to spending hours prepping food! Our 4e4orto have been developed for lovers of natural flavours, who unfortunately don’t have so much time to do all the prepping work.

Excellent champignon and porcini mushrooms cooked to perfection with the addition of herbs and spices and made creamy by adding a bit of potato purée, for a cream to be spread on warm bruschettas. Enjoy them! Share them with friends, for an aperitif or improvised dinner after a film or while waiting for the pasta to be ready, and everyone’s starving.

It can also be used to dress a pasta and all the delicious mushroom scent will be released when 4e4orto is mixed with the hot pasta! A dusting of Parmigiano Reggiano and the pasta dish will be ready with flying colours.
