Convenient format in an 80 gram tray, the right quantity to cook without any waste. Already pitted, they are perfect as the ingredient of a tasty meat stew or to prepare a quick tapenade to be served on bread croutons, for a fancy yet homemade aperitif!

They can be processed with fresh mixed herbs such as thyme, marjoram and basil, adding extra virgin olive oil and a bit of freshly ground pepper. You will obtain a super scented spread for warm and crunchy bread, also with fresh and acidic cheeses such as fresh goat cheese or sweet ones such as a creamy robiola.
