How wonderful to be able to enjoy the flavour of summer vegetables all year round! The magic of our preserves comes from ancient recipes, because for time immemorial Italian families have preserved vegetables in the summer, to be able to eat them in winter. We do it in exactly the same way, just on a grander scale!

Our green Tuscan chilli peppers burst with flavour, and will be a feast for those who love the bold flavours of Italian cuisine. Ideal for bold-tasting hors d’oeuvres and suitable as a side to grilled meat and steaks.

They have a ‘green’ scent and hit the right spot on the spicy scale, with a vinegary and bold aftertaste. They whet the appetite and are an excellent accompaniment for an aperitif of sparkling or slightly acidic white wine, such as a Chardonnay or Falanghina.

What’s the best thing? Eating them with your fingers, one after the other, while chatting with a close friend, while waiting for the pasta to be done... appetite comes with eating... our chilli peppers!
