Artichoke Bruschetta
with Scamorza

Ingredients

1 jar Artichoke Bruschetta spread
200 gr Scamorza
Farmhouse bread
Parsley
Extra virgin olive oil

Directions

Spread the slices of bread with the bruschetta sauce
and cover with the diced scamorza and finely
chopped parsley. Drizzle with olive oil and
bake in the oven at 180°C
for about 15 minutes.
