Ingredients

  • 1 jar of artichoke hearts in oil
  • 250 gr spreadable cheese
  • 80 gr grated cheese
  • Parsley to taste
  • Sweet paprika to taste
  • Salt, Pepper

Preparation

Pour in a bowl the chopped artichoke hearts,
both types of cheese,
the parsley and salt and pepper to taste.
Knead the mixture into small balls and roll them
in the sweet paprika. Chill
the balls in the fridge for 30 minutes
before serving.
