• 3 cl bitter
• 3 cl red vermouth
• One slice orange
Prepare the Americano directly in the glass, which must be the old fashioned type.
Pour the red vermouth and bitter in the glass filled with ice, then complete the mixture with soda.
Mix the drink using a stirrer, then add a slice of orange after squeezing the peel in the glass.
