Pasta with mushrooms and ham


400 gr pasta
1 jar button mushrooms in oil
200 gr goat cheese
100 gr cooked ham cut into thin strips
Extra virgin olive oil
1 garlic clove
Salt Pepper


Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water. In the meantime fry the garlic in a pan with a dribble of oil and add the sliced mushrooms. Add the cheese and a bit of the pasta water for creaming. Add the ham and salt and pepper to taste. Drain the pasta and pour it into the cream. Mix all the ingredients well.
