- 2 teaspoons cane sugar
- A sprig of mint
- 3 cl lime juice
- 4.5 cl Cuban amber rum
Take a tall tumbler and place in it the sugar and crushed mint.
Then add the lime juice and soda and stir using a bar spoon.
Then add the rum and ice and stir again to gradually combine the flavours and aromas.
To complete the cocktail, add a sprig of mint.
