Pizza with bell peppers and broccoli


500 gr 0 flour
1 sachet brewer’s yeast
1 jar Calabrian bell peppers
Broccoli florets as needed
1 scamorza
1 mozzarella
Extra virgin olive oil
1 pinch of sugar
1 teaspoon
Water as needed


Mix the flour, yeast, sugar, salt, oil and water. Knead the dough for about 15 minutes then let it raise covered with a tea cloth. In the meantime boil the broccoli florets in salted water, chop the bell peppers into small pieces and dice the scamorza and mozzarella. Spread out the pizza in an oiled pan and place on top the mozzarella, scamorza, bell peppers and broccoli florets. Drizzle with olive oil and bake in the oven at 180°C for about 25/30 minutes.
