Salad and Burrata

Ingredients

30 rocket salad
1 spoon extra virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
150g burrata
Salt and Pepper To Taste.
2-toasted pine nuts
POLLI PEPPERS AND TOMATOES SACUE

Directions

Make two nests with the rocket, lay them on the peppers, pour in oil and vinegar. Place the burrata on the rocket nests, season with salt and pepper, sprinkle with pine nuts.
