- 2 yellow potatoes
- 1 large tomato
- Polli pitted green olives 40g
- Polli Mixed Pickle 1 jar (180g)
- 80 gr natural tuna fillets (no oil)
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- fine salt
Put a pot filled with water on and add salt. In the meantime peel and wash the potatoes, then dice them. When the water boils, pour the potatoes in and cook for 8/9 minutes. When done, drain well then place them in a bowl. Then add the pitted olives and tuna after draining it well from its preserving brine. Mix all the ingredients gently. Wash a nice, red and ripe tomato, dry it with kitchen paper then dice it. Add it to the potatoes, tuna, olives and Polli mixed pickle (previously drained). Now add the mayonnaise then chill this nice Salad of potatoes tuna and vegetables in the fridge until serving time. Recommended chilling time 1 hour.
